Too awesome. Amazing too because dirt bikes require so much steering input and weight distribution changes with the feet. Crazy that he can pull that off with just torso and arm input.

Had back pain all day at work came home ordered some Sichuan String Beans and took an Oxycodone and looked more seriously at my possible Nature Boy 853 Alfine Di2 build, the cost just went way up, probably shouldn't look at bike parts high : )

Martyn Ashton is super bad ass and is truly inspirational.

Today I renewed my USA Cycling license, which expired 3 years ago, so I can enter my state master's track championships in the 70+ age category. I'm gonna win gold !

Tonight on my night canyon ride was cut short because I popped a spoke. There's a first time for everything. Fast descents with a wobbly wheel rubbing the tire on the frame are fun!! Time to rebuild this 30 year old wheel.

How many spokes in that wheel? How out of true did go? I see it touched the stays, but I don't know how tight a fit it was before the spoke broke.

32 spoke wheel. I have a 28mm tire on there so there is very little clearance left over. It is a used wheel and I havent done any hard rides on it yet, so I'm glad it happened only a few miles from home rather 20+ miles away.

Today someone emailed the shop asking if I could build a 12" rear wheel using a Sram Automatix coaster brake IGH for this.
