Looking for LBS in Milwaukee to ship bike
I am ending a long bicycle tour in Milwaukee towards the end of August and am looking for a bike store that will pack my bike and ship it to my house. I am getting to Milwaukee on the ferry from Muskegon, so I sort of looking for a bike store in that part of town. Any suggestions?

I'd give South Shore Cyclery a call. They're reasonably priced and do good work. They're a few miles southwest of the fast ferry dock.

Though perhaps better known as an online destination, Ben's Cycle is also a brick-and-mortar shop at 1013 W Lincoln Ave: https://www.benscycle.com/

I think the suggestions you've received are good. I would add Wheel & Sprocket. But if you have time and have not biked in Milwaukee. it would be a fun thing to do.

Ben's and Wheel Sprocket are good too(Ben's is in a moderately sketchy area), but the easiest/most pleasant to ride to from the fast ferry dock will be South Shore Cyclery..did that one day when a rear spoke snapped by South Shore Yacht Club(just down the street from the ferry dock). Sunday afternoon..summer..3pm..25 miles from home..ugh..fortunately South Shore Cyclery was open. They fixed it in a few minutes(replaced the spoke & trued the wheel as needed..$10) and I was on my way.

Milwaukee has an extensive MUP-Trail system(primarily the Oak Leaf Trail):
https://county.milwaukee.gov/EN/Park...Oak-Leaf-Trail
It's described in terms of segments, but it's all one trail. The northeast segment morphs into the Interurban Trail at the county line.
Ozaukee County, Wisconsin - Interurban Trail - Bicycling, Jogging, etc. through land of Oz
and can take you through some very nice towns all the way up to Sheboygan Falls.

Ben's and South Shore are both good choices.
Ben's has a line of their own frames/bikes so may be more used to shipping.
Fyxation is also not far from the dock and a mfg who ships as well.

Thanks to everyone for their recommendations. I think I will try South Shore Cyclery. It looks like a nice ride down the lake to get there, and they are close to the airport. Am currently on the north shore of Lake Ontario after cycling through Ontario from Duluth. Will cross back into the U.S. in 3-4 days and will cycle the south shores of Lake Ontario and Lake Erie before cycling through southern Michigan to Muskegon. Thanks again to everyone.
