Pretty light... Those spokes are intriguing. I'm a bit dubious they have enough beef to withstand the torsion when a nipple seizes...

This is Giant. They own the Cadex name, or at least they did.
I'd like to see a profile drawing of the disc. There are way better options that just a flat disc in terms of design, but I've not seen a disc that varies from that, too much.
Lets see how they hold up this July.

Hooks are structurally challenging and need reinforcement, hookless designs tend to be lighter and more impact resistant. Impact strength shouldn't be an issue in road, but we have some crappy roads.

I've been on hookless rims for a couple years now. I didn't see any specs, just pictures and some text about how the spokes are "calibrated" and the hub is "low friction" as if all the other hubs in the world were made to waste energy. But at 28 to 32 mm, you're running 50 to 80 psi.
Hooks are structurally challenging and need reinforcement, hookless designs tend to be lighter and more impact resistant. Impact strength shouldn't be an issue in road, but we have some crappy roads.

Most 25mm tires will be way over 26mm on these hoops.

As a sailor and boat builder, I used to race regularly. I no longer do that but try to keep up with equipment changes. These days the highest end racing boats, up to around 80 feet or more, use carbon stays to support very tall masts. I've no word an durability but the people who own such boats can afford whatever they want. For the highest end bike racing it may be that carbon spokes are a viable option. For a step below the highest end racing, I would take a close look at durability. Just about everything in life is a compromise.
