The seller is listing the price from 30 years ago... which may or may not be true, but one would expect significant depreciation.
I'd be most interested in it if it was say around $400 USD ($500 CAD).
I wouldn't be surprised if the seller wanted > $1000 CAD, but I'm doubtful that it would sell that high.
