Like himespau said, pictures would be a huge help. Not only would pics show condition, but they would help us confirm the age of the bike and show us the frame size and components -- all of which have a substantial bearing on the bike's value.
Your location also has a HUGE bearing on value. For example, bikes that would sell for $100 in my semi-rural corner of upstate New York can go for two times that (or more) in NYC.
But giving you kind of a wild guess... $200-350 for a 2002 Bianchi Eros if the bike's in excellent shape, dependent on size, location, and color. (Price premium for Bianchi's signature 'celeste' turquoise color.)
