Found an '88 Dahon Classic - looking for parts

Found a 1988 Dahon Classic in very nice original condition, and it doesn't need much at all. I would like to find the knob that disconnects the diagonal brace from the steering column (pulls up to disconnect). If anyone has a spare, or can direct me to a source I would be grateful. I would also like to source a rear luggage rack. Of course I'm willing to pay costs and shipping. Thanks for any help you can provide.

My first Classic had a broken knob and I made a new ball part on my mini lathe and am still using it. You may have to make something for yours. No I do not want to start production of these parts. Roger

If it's a rider rather than a restoration, knobs of all kinds are commonly available on the 'net. Just determine the thread you need.

Thanks guys. I've looked at Thor - doesn't list them, but I could ask. I did kluge a collar under the roll pin, works well, but not "proper."
I'll keep looking.

Someone on Shapeways.com has designed a replica replacement knob that the site will 3D print for you for about $11. I bought one and it’s quite nice, although it’s printed using white plastic so I had to spray paint it black to be accurate.
