This Raleigh badge was fitted to the Carlton, at a time when Carlton had been bought out by Raleigh. Does your bike and/or badge look like this..?

Looks like it's possibly a successor to the Suberbe.

Its a connoisseur!
Thanks! i found the parts i needed for the gear shifter.
Now im looking for a new front wheel and tire.
The old front wheel is broken, i found the dimension from the tire. Now im not sure if i want to buy a city tire or terrain.
I will mostly bike on asphalt and small parts of gravel and little grass/dirt.

I am not at all sure why a Carlton sports a Raleigh badge. Raleigh bought Carlton out around that time. My guess is that, during the transaction, unsold/unused Carlton frame/fork sets were rebadged with the Raleigh badge. Once again, not positive, but I think that Raleigh badge was ended in 1968. Again, not sure.
