Except that Germans love evidence, and yes, fatality AND injury rates plumet at such a “low” speed limit. (Turns out that Germans love people more than cars.)


Some folks here love “Darwin,” or at least the so called “Darwin Awards.” Teach the children well, or....

Do the Swedish actually hate cars?

Which allows kids from age 16 to 18 to "legally" drive. Albeit governed to 30 KPH (20 MPH).
