Best fitness tracking for cycling
i'm leaning towards the fitbit charge 3. It would be nice to have onboard gps and the ability to store music, but I guess I can get that by bringing my phone with me which I usually do, can't skip songs on the fly.
the fitbit charge 3 seems ok, tracks activity through the day automatically tracks cycling exercise. any thoughts?

I know they are much more spendy but the fenix line that garmin has is very nice with lots of features. Make a great all around fitness watch.

Amazon is selling this for $129. Wow, this is the first time I could consider a smart watch.

The general consensus is to use a personal fitness tracker rather than one connected to the bike as this will give you more personal data - although there are potentially some problems with the distance calculations on this (I am doing research on the subject)
