^^^^^ Yeah, that's a little $$$$'y for those Shoguns; gotta wonder why the mix of Arabesque and lower end stuff....

That "hi-fi" is da BOM! Do you recognize those button callouts? Those are Detroit/Windsor radio stations; IIRC, WCAR is the only one not still running (and yes, I'm old enough to remember it....). Wonder how it found its way to IN. The bakelite is just yummy.

So when was the last time the police actually used 2.0-2.5 "Mega Cycles"?......

Little-known fact; the "BEAM--A-SCOPES" is actually a time warp device, cleverly hidden inside an ordinary everyday home entertainment system.

i didn’t have my glasses so I couldn’t read the call letters, but I suspect they were the big powerhouse station like 1030 WBZ in Boston, or RKO, that used to really put out the watts at night. YES I was digging the Bakelite! That beam a scoope is pretty wild

Well WJR is still a power station, that boosts after midnight, I think CLKW is too. We pick up both now and then overnight at our cabin in SW WI. But with ALL the presets set to Detroit stations, that has to have been built for service in the Detroit area; otherwise it would have, like, WLS or whatever Chicago power station, and Cleveland, etc.

looks too small for the owner, which is funny after reading how to size a Rivendell on their web page.

It’s awfully pretty, but I’ll stick with my ‘83 trek 720. For $3.5k why not ave a custom built frame??

A $3,500 frameset will be a $5,500 bike.

A Saluki is a nice riding bike. If a person could pull the price down to let's say $2,500, that would be a very nice bike compared to a new "whatever" bike by the big 4. imho
