Just as I left the house to go ride past the electrical substation about 5-6 miles away...I checked to make sure it was still the current mission. By the time I got to the substation flange had already fulfilled it...and when he said roadkill...I recalled passing some dead animals just a mile or so back. So I rode back and fulfilled the roadkill mission.

Current mission still sewage/waste water treatment facility.

This was a sewage treatment facility but it is now an award winning park.

Yeah currently functioning. If you zoom in you can see the one in Deal’s pic. Your mission choice.

Thang Ya,,,thang ya vury much It's so hard to get one in before they get crossed off, I couldn't believe water treatment facility was still open when I got back from today's ride. On the way to the Sanderson water treatment facility I passed this gas main and thought about that as the next subject:

Gas Pipe ... with bonus points if your bike frame is also gas pipe

Above: Three pipes, One sign.
Below: Three signs for the same three pipes underground.

Gas pipe line.

Is this a gas pipe bicycle?

How about a public high school, next?

School Shot. Next: Large Propane Tank

Cy Ridge

Next mission: A large bulk propane/LPG tank. Must be the scale of a semi-trailer. Semi-trailer tank acceptable also. Bonus if it is moving.

Scale of tank sought.

Regarding grade schools, the best I can offer from this morning's ride is a former high school that has been repurposed into a satellite campus of a community college, a public library, and the locker room and gymnasium portion of a YMCA.

Looks like you're caught up, @TooOldandSlow. If you can bag a current mission, you get to choose the next mission.

Current mission is: https://www.bikeforums.net/21329851-post586.html

I just now noticed that "kickstand". It seems you must have at least a half dozen waiting for you in your riding area.

I put the rack on the back of the bike just for this mission so I could carry the "kickstand". The bike shop wanted $25 for a kickstand that was heavy and likely to mar the paint.

Yeah, I couldn't find a propane tank. The town has natural gas lines. I considered traveling further out into the county to find one, but I would probably get shot if someone saw me in their yard photographing their propane tank.

Has anyone yet claimed the propane tank mission? If not, I found one this morning while unicycling around the yard.

I'm afraid it is a wee bit too small.

too-old-and-too-slow. You don't need to post every mission. Not all of us get all the missions. It's just if you get a mission, and you're the first one to get it, you post it, and then you get to post the next mission. It's a race. Not a requirement that we all get all the missions. But man you are busy beaver. LOL.

So, maybe refrain from posting past missions if they're already got. The pics are cool and all but it gets kind of confusing as to what mission we're on. I'm not trying to dissuade you from participating though. Those were all awesome pics!!!!!! Great job!!!!

Also, mission has to be outside of your lot line. I tried to nicely make that clear after people starting completing missions in their garage. It's not in the spirit of the game really. The point is to take a ride, take a pic of the mission on your ride.

For clarity, new mission is: Sign that says "No-Ebikes or Pro bicycle signage"
