Threadless steerer tube extender??

Anyone try this product or something similar to raise up handlebars for a threadless headset?

I have seen those, but I have no first-hand experience to offer.

Are you working with drop or flat bars? If drop, you could also look at riser stems. If flat, I'd lean toward a riser bar.

I've used those in a threaded steerer to let me convert to a threadless stem. If you have a carbon steerer it may not fit and could exceed the manufacturer's recommendation for total "spacer stack" height. With a steel steerer you should be fine.

While not exactly that extender, I’ve used similar extenders for my wife’s bikes. They work just fine.

Thanks for the advise but it is steel not carbon.
