Other companies like Raleigh/Diamondback which have wholesale accounts?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Going bike shopping soon. Wondering if there are any other companies that let you get steep discounts with a corporate/wholesale account like Raleigh & Diamondback do.

Looking for adventure/all-road/gravel type bikes if it makes any difference.

Thanks y'all!

They're not publicly available like Accell Group has done. All are industry-specific "pro-deals" or other trade name that have very specific requirements and limitations.

So you could make friends with a shop employee or get a job in a shop (for 60-90 days) and take the required testing (10-40 hours) but really a lot of the big brands don't do much of a discount (5%-10%) since they want to protect their brand identity. The real deals are on commodity bikes like Performance/REI house brands but those are pretty cheap anyway and the effort to save 30% on a Scattante of whatever just isn't worth it.

Shop around at Wiggle/Planet X, Performance and REI and you'll get pretty much close to what the current wholesale DB/Raleigh deals are.

A lot of the fervor for the DB/Raleigh deal is based around the blow-out prices that happened in 2016. The current DB/Raleigh sales aren't as good as prices have risen while at the same time the other brands in the market have dropped their prices for similar bikes. Market seems to have equalized at a lower overall price but higher on the low end.

The DB/Raleigh deals are still pretty good. Raleigh was selling a carbon cross bike with Ultegra for $1,700 a few weeks ago and is selling the Stuntman today for less than $1,300. I got a DB Sync'r Pro for $1,200 from DB five months ago (about $1K off retail). Etc.

Side note: I think the presence of these sites is why Performance ditched their relationship with Accell. To me, these site mean that Accell has decided to go 100% direct. If you know what you want and can take care of bikes, there's no reason today to buy an Accell branded bike at a bike shop.

Not that I'm aware of. Most won't give 'any' discount, no less in the amounts that DB and Raleigh do.
If you're interested in KTM, I can get you 10%, but that's about it.
