“High end” Road bike rentals in Atlanta

Looking for bike shops that rent bikes that retail in the $3-5k range in Atlanta. Thanks!

Call Peachtree Bikes or Atlanta Cycling. I'm not sure either rent but they are higher end shops.

I know Cycology out in Hiram rents. Personally I wouldn't buy chain lube from them but you could call them and see if they have something.

I have rented bikes in quite a few places and have never seen that level of bicycle for rent. I simply wish you good luck in finding one.

IIRC Silver Comet Cycles rents as well, but probably not that high end. My bet would be on Atlanta Cycling if anyone. TBH, I cannot see what would be "in it" for a shop to rent something at that level, nor to be bothered personally by trying to considering it's borrowed for a few days. I bet you would live, even on Aluminum....

Silver Comet Cycles closed a while ago. Cobb county was still looking for a new tenant last I saw.

I've rented high end CF road bikes in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, and Las Vegas. I know San Diego has at least one shop that rents as well but that trip ended up getting cancelled. Honestly, it's the best part of business travel.

That is super crappy. They were realy friendly and well located, seemingly. The only place in town I knew to get parts for a Catrike too.
For my area, that leaves two Trek stores that I try hard not to visit, and driving up to Vinings/Peachtree St. Bummer.

Wow..how can a bike shop in the location not make it? Hard to believe there isn't a business that wouldn't work there? A shame.

FWIW, you might have better luck at a triathlon shop. They often rent higher end stuff of the roadie and triathlon bike variety for Ironmans.

It isn't cheap, and often you have to put up to 100% the value down on a CC for a rental. Just FYI.
