Which should I keep?
I know neither of my bikes is "amazing" but I like'em. But I need to get rid of one; seems a shame to have one lying around while the other gets all the mileage (plus I guess I can build up funds towards next year's purchases).
The trouble I am having is that I am not sure which one to keep. So I am looking to the masses for advice...
The first is a 2012 Giant TCR with full 6800 Utlegra groupset and Fulcrum Racing 3s, Arione saddle and upgraded Giant bars and stem. Since assembly may 1000 km on it last year.
The second on the right is a 2011 Ridley Orion with 5700 105, Antares saddle, Ritchey carbon bars and Ritchey stem with H Plus Sons Archetype wheels. Bike was reassembled in full/built last year with about 500 road km on it.
Not a lot of miles on either of them.
I like them both but I don't want to see them go to waste either.
Anyone got any advice?

Give them both away to some kids that need and will use them. Buy yourself something with at least 11 on the back.

6800 and a 2012 bike? You upgrade that or did you mean 6700? 6800 is 11 speed and 6700 would have been on a 2012 bike as 10 speed.
Sell both, go 11spd. The trickle down tech on even a 105 bike will be better than 6700 10-speed tech at this point.

I'd keep whichever bike fits/rides better, and sell the other one. Use the money you get from the sale, to upgrade the components to Di2.

No clue why you would ask here. You either know which one you like better, know which one you use more, or know that you really cannot sell either at this time. Whatever anyone here says, you are going to keep the one you like more ... and probably both. Neither could raise enough money to buy a better bike ... maybe a set of wheels, not even. Those are some pretty old bikes.
If I might make a suggestion: Don't make a choice. Instead, go shopping.
Keep poking around until you find a bike you absolutely love---a bike you Must own. Then, when you analyze the two older bikes, and realize one is keeping you from buying your new lust interest, things will get much clearer.
The idea of only owning one bike is too ludicrous to contemplate.

Every time this is asked, the answer should be- keep the bike that fits best. If that bike doesnt have the nicer components, spend a few hours swapping components and you now have the best of both worlds.
