Everyone knows that bicycle riding is good for your mental health. As suicide loss survivors my wife and I are organizing a ride to promote mental wellness. It starts and ends at the Souderton Area High School in Souderton PA. There are three events:

• 30 mile road ride
• 10 mile family ride
• Kids bike rodeo

We will have refreshments and local providers that support bike safety and mental wellness.
