Brompton S2L-2sp cogs from Shimano cassete
Hello,
please for advice.I have two speed Brompton S2L.
My question is,is possible to give on Bromptons 2sp rear hub 2 cogs from Shimano-cassete.
What is the biggest cog ,that can give on rear hub.
Thanks a lot for your experiencies.

It is. Biggest on a 2-speed w/o further modification ist 17t in most cases. 18t may be possible, but most of the time this needs either modifying the cog, modifying the chain stay or getting rid of the inner plastic ring on the driver towards the spokes. Or a combination of those things. If you want to go even bigger modifications are unavoidable. Sometimes even 17t are already an issue, depending on the cog and possibly the slight variability within Brompton rear frames.

Btw. you asked the very same question just a couple of months ago - the answer did not change.
