Alter stem. I'm planning on swapping the bar for something with a traditional bend in the near future. And it's actually a Tiagra groupset, but close enough to fool em from far away.

Moots Vamoots Grail Bike
Over the years, I've had several titanium bike (buy and sell), but the Moots is my current favorite! I weighed the Moots 16.2 lbs, and it weighs nearly the same as my Colnago C40 16.1 lbs, with nearly the same equipment!

For those who are interested in how titanium frames are made, in Italian, but CC is in English.

Gave her a bit of a makeover.
New headset, got rid of the pink and blue bits.
Built her some new wheels (Bicycle Hub store hubs laved to Pacenti Forza rims, 28h rear, 24 spoke front with CX Sprint spokes).
Aerozine skewers, and top spacer.
Ceramic hub bearings, front and rear.
Considering changing out the bars to a traditional shape, but not sure.

This is my Guru Praemio R... I have posted this here before, but have recently made some upgrades.
Swapped out the Fizik saddle for a Brooks Team Pro in honey and matching honey Brooks Microfiber bar tape, and finishing the Brooks theme off their Isle of Wight saddle bag. Ditched the compact bars and put in some more traditional drops. Comes with Ultegra Di2
Still breaking the saddle in and have 3.5 weeks to get it comfy for the NZ Lake Taupo 160km cycle challenge.

How did you come up with the geometry on your Guru? Looks custom for a tall guy.
Very nice.
PS: any idea what the bike weighs?..or just the frameset?

Weight wise, I keep meaning to put it on the scales. ill do that over the next couple of days, but... a lot heavier since the saddle went on. They're not that light!

I actually bought it second hand new/unused. It's 62cm frame and i'm 6'... I like a more Eddie/French fit and have always liked a large frame. I also prefer to do more distance cycling and am not looking to break any speed records. So is all good for me.

Well done. The bike looks so nice with short stack and proper stem. I have owned tons of Brooks saddles throughout my earlier cycling life and ride plastic now but Brooks saddles do weigh a lot. That bike isn't about weight as you rightly imply. Beautiful.
Enjoy it. Had to ask about the unique geometry.

the Moots looks great, but hey, it sure looks like you have the rear derailure cable routed to the left side of your handlebar and the left side brake shifter or am I confused?

Shifter cables are crossed at the downtube.. less curve in the shifter cable housings for smoother shifting and less frame rub.

Hello, I noticed the crossing of the shifter cables routing, and will correct the discrepancy. The shifting is as usual for Campagnolo components excellent, and did notice a slight hesitation between shifting. Thank you, Mike

There is no need to correct, cross shifter cables at the downtube is a common trick the bikeshop mechanics use, it allows less curvature in the shifter cable housings from handlebar to downtube, cleaner installation, and less frame rub.
Unless the shifter cables are not properly adjusted, shifters or derailleur are worn, shifting performance shouldn't be any different than non-crossed shifter cables.

If anything, the front brake cable housing looks a little long than necessary, the rest seem to be fine.
The Ergolevers do not look like they are at even height on the handlebar.

My dream of a custom Ti bike is getting close and closer (being jobless for 5 months kinda used up too much $$). All good now. Very hard to decide on one though. There are simply too many awesome ones now. Moots and Mosaic may end up at the top of the list since they are in Colorado. Great bikes posted here!
