That GT is still not hot, but holy hell it is a lot better than it was. The wheels look great on there. For the money spent, you did well.

Upgraded the bars/stem/seat/wheels, getting ready to do a new crank to make it full Ultegra (r8000). 16.5lbs, everything purchased new, still under $2k.
