Nice! Free bikes are fun to find. Looks like it is in good shape. Is it your size?

My TRIFECTA!! I need to goto bed now, nothing good can come of such a great beginning to the day...or I go buy a lottery ticket LOL!!!
It's a little small, but I am only 5'6" on a good day so as long as it's not more than a 22/23" frame with 27" wheels I am good.
It's got 26" chromage wheels, it's going to be a great bike path rocket after a little tuning, bearings and dust off!!
I will post pics when I get it ready to ride!!

Your picture reminded me how lazy I have been about getting out camping !! Jealous. Nothing like camping to clear your head and wind down from the grind of daily life. I bought my '85 Coleman specifically to tear it down and re-build it. The canvas was shot, the back panel was dented beyond repair and the inside was toast. Some implement paint (simply rolled on), diamondplate, patience, and brand new canvas and I was in business. My daughter who was 4 at the time really liked the Coleman E1 so that's what I modeled mine after. Looks like you have a monster 12' box. Mine is only 8' but works just fine for me. Thanks for the kick in the azz to get me motivated, Fall camping is the best and I will now make it a point to get out soon. PopUpPortal is a great website if you want to burn many hours reading.

Congrats! That should make a great path rider. Be ready for the buzz when you brake, those Rigida rims can make a noise.

Your pictures and restore are a PUP owners dream restoration!
Yes, I agree and am also a frequent reader and sometime submitter to the PORTAL!
Did you get the new canvas from Bear Creek?
My wife turned me on to this freebie I just got home with!!!

It sure is great to have a wife that embraces and enables my addiction to bicycles and old tools and camping!!!
