Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Check Out My New Gloves

They come in Campy

I would have to be biking above the arctic circle before sporting a pair of those mitts!

Post this in other forums besides Road Cycling and you will get other crowds that see the use for them. There will be 95% negative remarks on them here.

Look great for the 15 degree weather I find myself riding in every few days in the winter.

I wish more things came in Campy.
Like camping equipment, for example.
That would be awesome.

I take back what I said before. After visiting their website and getting a better look at the product, I can see the benefit to having a pair of these is freezing temps.

Fine way to not only have feet caught in the clipless pedals, but now the hands too...

Back in my commuting days, I would have bought them. I was always trying to design some sort of wind protection for my hands for cold mornings.

These mitts are very popular in S.Korea, I see it all the time on mopeds during winter. Very functional for the commuters.

I'm assuming the "campy version" is for any road-hood set up so you can sit in the hoods with the mitts protecting you?

They do look silly...
Do most/all gloves not provide enough protection against wind and warmth in cold weather?

I see that they could be useful but I cant imagine needing them many places. I would think a nice pair of ski/snowboard gloves would be a better alternative.

Though my favorite part is that they advertise it as Campy, seems like the wrong crowd to be advertising something that ridiculous looking.

Reminds me of the pogies that we used to use for rowing in Maine.
