12 weeks 1383 miles

I think I知 ready to start hitting some serious miles well serious for me my foot feels completely healed so I知 ready to go 42 road-gravel ride today and I had plenty of energy so I believe I知 fully recovered just some slight swelling of my foot but nothing too bad. I知 glad I eased back into the cycling game instead of being impatient and setting myself back which I have done in the past.

Any recreational cyclist who is doing more than 100 miles a week is a hero in my opinion.

It has been a pretty slow year so far, only 1726 miles YTD.

I lost a few days last month due to snow, and this month due to torrential rain.

Good stuff!

My peak activity last year (first year on a bike since 98) was between Semesters (late May to late August/Early September) last year 825 miles before the crash aiming for 1K this year
