New bike: CO-OP DRT 1.2
Getting back in to riding and picked up a 2019 CO-OP DRT 1.2 from REI for ~$650 OTD tonight.
Most of my riding will be on old railroad beds, so having the front fork lock out will be nice. Going to slap some old Nashbar pedals (knock off Shimano 520s?) on it in the morning and put it through the paces.
It's a huge upgrade from the 2004 Specialized HardRock Sport I've been riding for the last 15 years. Went for a 25mi ride along the Delaware canal last weekend which was the tipping point.
Wish me luck, gotta keep up with the spawn on his Trek Marlin 5...

Congrats on the new bike! No REI's locally, so looked it up and specs seem good. Have a blast!!
