Help with Dahon part
Hi all,
Can any Dahon expert tell me what the handlebar post catcher is called, ie that plastic thing under the frame in the attached photo. And where can I order a replacement? I guess I need to know the name of the part first....
thanks in advance.

I would try Dahon or a Dahon dealer first. Maybe the place the bike was sold. Dahon uses many Dahon specific parts so that may be your only source. Roger

Don't know the proper name, but I ordered the piece on the handlepost that fits in that from my local Dahon dealer when it broke. Local dealer should be able to properly identify and order it for you no prob.

Thanks. I don't think we have an authorised Dahon dealer here. I'll try and use some other method of strapping the handle down. Tern bikes uses a rubber belt-like thing instead, so there are other options I'm sure.
