Prescription cycling glasses recommendations?

Prescription cycling glasses recommendations?
Hi all,
I'm pretty shortsighted so need glasses for driving, I normally just wear my regular glasses for cycling as my sunglasses feel a bit loose and I don't want to lose them. I've seen some mention of traditional glasses being a problem in crashes so I was looking at getting a pair of proper cycling glasses but I need them to be made to my prescription. I've had a google and looked at a few sports glasses shops and can see loads of glasses but no prescription ones, my optician doesn't do them either.
All I've managed to find so far is Oakley, which seems pretty expensive. I'm in the UK.
Does anyone have any recommendations for where I should look? Bonus points if they've got a January sale on too

I have the oakley's and yea, they are pricey, but I realy do like them. Oakley makes the lenses, which is another reason for the additional cost. There is also Sportsrx.com, a friend of mine used them and got a pretty good deal.

I've been in quite a few race crashes, and a few non race crashes. My regular glasses never got broken or cause a problem.

Look into Rudy Project glasses with prescription inserts if your Rx is likely to change. You can get new inserts without having to replace the lenses.

Somewhat slow older guy
I found Rudy Project the last time I needed new riding glasses- they have 3 different systems for prescription lenses, and they're very nicely built. The lenses themselves are the best optical quality I've ever had. These will be my go-to system going forward.
