How much $$$ is in your seat bag?
Since my brain can't seem to remember to swap my seat bag from one bike to the other, I decided to pretty much duplicate the bag. I pieced together my first seat bag decades ago a little at a time and have only replaced items as necessary since then, so it surprised me to add up the total value of the bag and all it contains.
Seat bag ~ 22
Multi tool ~ 22
Tire levers ~ 6
Inflator ~ 17
Cartridges ~ 4 (x2)
Tubes ~ 7 (x2)
Patch kit ~ 5
So, how much is invested in your seat bag? (emergency cash and cell phones don't count)

A little less than that, only because I snagged one saddle bag -- the Serfas Speed Bag -- for only $7, and Spin Doctor multitool for $14. And the Lezyne Road Caddy and Hero multitool for $20 each.
I prefer the Lezyne Road Caddy for my carbon fiber bikes because I tend to overpack wedge bags, which can't be done with those flat Lezyne bags.
Every bike has its own mini pump, which I generally prefer. I only use CO2 if it's a group ride so nobody is waiting too long for me.
Cell phone, house key and mini wallet stay on my person, always. Too easy to get separated from stuff stashed on the bike in an emergency. Been there. Those items don't take up much room in my jersey pockets.

Similar, but with a pack of "boots" and some real cash. I carry a pump, so no need for the inflator or carts, obviously.
Cell phone is in a pocket, and I have no need to carry keys. Usually...

I keep $100,000 in pennies in my seat bag. It doesn't slow me down at all.

All my bikes have seat bags. Remembering to move one and add or subtract specific items? That's asking for a roadside "oh s***!"
Each bike gets:
Seat bag ~ 22
Allen wrenches ~ 3 (X3)
Tire levers ~ 6
Tubes ~ 7 (x2)
Patch kit ~ 5
Sunscreen ~ 5 (but the small tube gets refilled from far more economical large ones)
So all bikes get ~ $61 of stuff
Fix gears - either a 6" crescent, 15 mm peanut butter wrench or Pedros Trixie (12, 20 or 35)
My best fix gear set up for mountains - I carry one or two cogs @ ~35 ea
Fix gears get an additional ~ $12 to ~$105
Spoke wrench or other tools specific to bike and potential issues ~ 15 to ??
I also carry: full size frame pumps on every bike. My two good fix gears sometimes get a 22" chainwhip strapped to the top tube. (Visible on my photo) I bring no boots but at least 5 bills of any denomination to serve the purpose and get me home. (If I only have a $20, I stop for espresso going out and ask for the change in ones.)

Me too. I keep $5 cash in my bags for an emergency snack, beer, hot dog, etc.

Yeah, I realized how inaccurate my title was about 0.5 seconds after I hit submit.
Sounds like a keeper. Better put a ring on it.

Are we allowed to post pictures? Not sure how much all this stuff is in USD, I bought most of the stuff here in Brazil and the exchange rate and taxes make the comparison useless.

But yeah, that looks similar to the rest of us. Looks like roughly 80-90 USD to me. It's just funny how, in nearly 30 years of bicycling, I never thought about the total cost of all those provisions.

Well, I'd wager that the vast majority of active users on here are from the U.S. so it's expected that it's the implied default. No offense taken whatsoever, at least on my part. The reason I'm here is that the Brazilian cycling forums I know of are very dull. Much more lively in here.
