Custom built by Bill Davidson, in Seatte, Washington, this is an 18 speed Impulse road bike with Shimano 600 derailleur and brake levers, Italmanubri handle bars, and a Selle Italia leather seat. 1985 Club Fuji Club - $200 (Pittsfield)

The frame size is 55cm. I'm 5'8" and it is perfect for me. Would fit someone 5'6" - 5'10", depending on your own personal preference. Give it a ride and you'll love it!

Cool. Nice find. Local connection - Ken Legge built frames (road and MTB) up here in Vancouver, BC.

I see them around from time to time, including one 531c road frame that is a daily rider and is regularly parked around the neighbourhood where I live (and occasionally stops in the shop where I work). He built some nice bikes.

Maybe I'm jumping to the wrong conclusion, but the oil on the seat tube has me thinking that maybe the seller gave up after trying to free a stuck seatpost.

I like this, but it looks smaller than 22-1/4" to me. Maybe the fat tubes are throwing me off. What size do you think it is? I'm not sure if it's worth $300 to me, either, but that's another question.

It looks like crank and RD have been changed out...I can't tell if more of the group has been changed out...those parts are getting hard to find and together what makes it a BL otherwise it is a black Dale.
Yes it is smaller than a 21.5 frame.

Found these that I feel might interest the ATB crowd. They are the same geometry as the Trek 520, and also very similar to Surly Cross-check only made with double butted American made True Temper steel. From what I have read these early '90s Trek 750s can run 700x42 w/fenders and 45c tires without and make excellent tourers. All 3 look to me to be 53cm or 21 inch frames which carries a 57cm top tube.
