Interesting young builder in Toulouse

I met this lad's dad today. He was loading a skinny tubed bike in to the back of a car, so of course I threw it in reverse (I was in my van) and had a chat.

Dad's bike was classically lugged at the front with a very pretty seat tube assembly. He's also got a nice 853 he's just custom built for someone.
