Help ID a Frejus
This is an entry level bike which I believe to be late 1960's thru mid-70s. I do not know the bike's history, nor what might be original to the build.
No tubing decals, stamped dropouts, plain lugs, braze-on cable stops for wire routing, none for shifters/bottle/pump.
Serial 750306 - which doesn't fit well with the CR registry list, since that list has no bikes with six number format.
Most likely original components:
Huret FD+RD+shifters. RD is Huret Svelto v1, per Velobase = mid1960s-70s
Universal brakes & levers with 'clear' hoods
Seatpost and collar clamp.
Headset
Looking for a model name and year. Tubing would be nice to know.
Maybe I should buy the mid70s Frejus catalogue listed online for $8.

Ah yes. @3alarmer has one similar from 70s and @Kilroy1988 has/had one that is very similar, but minor differences:

Seatstay caps may be different
The headtube & seattube labels say 'Mod. Tour de France', but no year listed on mine.
Given the serial number started with 75XXXX, I was leaning toward 1975 not 60s.

They always seemed to call this model "Tour de France", but I have never known if that is correct or if it is just called that because of the head transfer.
Have had one hanging in me racks for over thirty-five years in bare metal. It looks somewhat earlier than this example and is 58cm. Appears made of a quality plain gauge tube set.
One thing distinctive about these is the dropouts where the tangs are wider/taller than the stays into which they fit.
Suspect lug pattern may be proprietary as I never see it elsewhere.
No doubt, member @Condorino could shed some illumination...

I wouldn’t make too much of that serial number. It looks like it was stamped long after the frame was painted. Possibly by a local city employee when registering it for a city decal.
