It's a 2005 Masi Gran Criterium S w/all Dura Ace (standard crank) and Bontrager Race Lite wheels. The bike was just tuned up and is in excellent condition mechanically and aesthetically. The frame is AL with CF fork, seat stays and chain stays. It's a size 58 and weighs about 17 lb 13 oz w/Speedplay Zeros
TIA. Pic to follow.

I'm using 25mm tires on that Masi as we speak. Just as a point of reference the original price on this bike was $4200. My gf bought it for me as as birthday present in 2006 for much less. It was a new leftover. I'[ve spent years looking for this exact frame in a 56 but no luck.

$500 is about all I would expect for that bike today, but there's a sucker born every minute.

I could see it maybe going for 6 or 7 if you find the right buyer, but that's a big if. It's not a desirable frame and groupset technology trickles down such that modern 105 (or maybe even Tiagra) is probably functionally superior to that DA.

I have a cross bike and the new CAAD 12 with 11 sp. 105. I don't know if I'd say the 105 is superior but it's as good for sure. I rode the Masi recently and was surprised at how good the DA is. Hats off to Shimano.

Better now that it's 10spd DA.
Around here at least, it's hard to find anything 10 or 11spd that isn't trashed for less than $600 to $700.
My 10spd Crockett was up there a few years back when I got it. It was hard to find anything under what I got it for and it was more than that.

7800 Dura-Ace is a great shifting groupset, but that 6700 crankset is an eyesore. What happened to the 7800 crankset? If the bike had a complete 7800 groupset, I could see it selling for $700 or more.

$500 came to mind upon seeing it, it's in great shape. List for $650, take $500-$550.

The bike was purchased in 2006. It was a 2005 model. After 2 seasons I replaced that crank set with an Ultegra 50/34. That crank was put back in the box and has been in my garage until last month when it went back on. I don't know what else to say. Other than what is on that bike, I have never bought anything Dura Ace. My other road bike (until I bought the CAAD 12 two weeks ago) is my Guru which came with SRAM.
