Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Thank you,When I swapped headsets I had to trim the steerer tube because how it was stock it had an inch tall spacer between the 2 locknut's. Looked silly.

Saw this on CL in my state. Still new to the bike community and with little knowledge on bikes, I was wondering if this is a good buy. Any advice is welcome.

That is a smoking hot deal for a Kilo WT. Too bad it is so small. But if it fits you, I'd be in the car right now.

I have never owned or rode a single speed bike so with having no experience with this type of bike and the seller living about 200 miles from where I'm at, it explains the hesitation on my part.

New replacement forks coming tomorrow hopefully. If you look close, you can tell that my steerer tube is slightly bent but bent enough.

My new forks came in a few days ago and I also switched the stem and top cap. Also removed some stickers. Wanted to have a cleaner look. Next month I should get new tires and bar tape and also need to get another 15T cog and maybe go wild and get a 53T chainring.

Need a better crank and tape. Lighter wheelset and bar/stem combo from a road bike. Triple triangle goodness.

TY sir! Not a GT, actually a Spicer. Heavy straight guage chromo, but stiff with the triple triangle plus wishbone stays. Carbon fork, wheelset, and components are decently light for parts bin build. Aggressive geo with 74.5 x 75 angles. Would love a GT, but got this custom to my measurements and built for less than a used GTB from fleaBay.

Thanks Dave!

Its actually just the stock moss green colorway for the 2019 wabi special. Gotta love it when the stock paintjob is pretty much exactly the color you would choose to custom paint a frame!
