Casinooooooooooo!!

And here we have where dem cranes come from. Much assembly required.

Next Mission: Architectural... what? You know, the staircase to nowhere. The balcony with no access to it. The door on a second floor just opening into thin air.
Inspired by a local Jack in the Box, which utterly inexplicably has an exterior-facing fireplace on it. Right next to the drive-thru.

Not an entry; for amusement only

We interrupt this game to bring you this homage to DrIsotope’s Nekobasu:

Mural at the Woodie Guthrie Center.

We now return you to the ongoing game.

I finally figured out what this building really is--it's part of the shooting lot for "The Simpsons". Is there a monorail nearby?

No bike in the picture...it was behind me and the pond is deep with steep sides...but here’s a stair to “no where” and horizontal to boot.

Hoping for something more... intentional. I'm no architect, but it sure seems to me whatever that was, it done fell down.

Sorry...just now seeing your post...but thanks. I never really thought I could paint either. But there was one scene we’d always see at our family vacation spot that I always ‘said’ I thought I could paint. Then finally one year the family challenged me, gave me a canvas and paints and told me to prove it. Everyone liked it and told me to keep painting. Never any training. Just flying by the seat of my pants.

My mission inspiration

Couldn't get it out of my head. Had to stop by this morning for a pic. There does not appear to be fireplace on the inside. Tiny Tacos and outward-facing fireplaces.

Double door on the second floor.

If you zoom in on that window in the middle of the second floor...it ain’t a window.

If those make the grade for this mission I’d like to see more interesting or amusing weather vanes like this.

At the top of the pavilion in Chestnut Ridge Neighborhood Park in Kent WA is a weathervane shaped like a produce truck. It is to commemorate the agricultural history of the Kent Vally. The artist is Peter Reiquam and it was placed in 2001.

I have been looking but weather vanes are rare to begin with around here. The standard seems to be roosters. Best effort to date:

Not a rooster.

At Fair Meadows Track at the Tulsa Fairgrounds.

I will post a new mission if rancurt2 accepts or I get 3 likes.

This mission will necessarily be nearly impossible for those in some states (I'm looking at you, TX), but based on the opportunity set I see tooling around OK, this should be a quick and easy objective.

Next Mission: A cannabis dispensary.

Good shot on stop one because I couldn't see anything at stop two.

Next mission?

I've got a couple more to complete my tour. But..

I'd like to see a boat launch with a boat being launched if it hasn't been done yet. Bonus points if the launchers in question are failing. ie: jacknifed or boat fell off trailer before water.

I messed up on submitting stop one. Stop 2 was supposed to be a bonus. Didn't realize a truck had parked in front of sign while I was setting up shot. These are busy places😉

Next mission: Boat launch

Bumping the post. Someone should be able to find this on a weekend.

Just pointing out that a trailer isn’t needed to launch a kayak, canoe, or a R/C boat. Or are you saying a trailered boat launch is required for this mission?

I am hoping for a trailered boat at a boat launch. Kayaks and canoes don't require a launch. I was hoping someone would catch some weekend chaos which typically doesn't happen with non trailered set ups.

I rode far to get to a boat launch, but no one wants to be on the lake in the overcast weather

We have to be into Mr. Bill Clause by this point, right? We went from four missions in 10 hours to absolutely nothing for four days.

The nearest boat launch to me is 60 miles and 9,000ft of elevation away from me, and probably COVID-closed anyway.
