Thanks for the heads-up, 3speedslow But I've recently learned cross-posting hinders more than it helps to the extent there is a BF rule to discourage it: "You need only post the topic once. Posting in multiple locations creates multiple streams of commentary to which many forum members are not even aware of the other comments. It also fragments the ability of members and staff to answer and potentially solve the member's problem."

Maybe it's OK to just include the link to this C&V thread in a post to the Folders sub-forum?
That would send those folks over to C&V and they could comment here if they want.

Being a folder collector and owning 2 Bickerton"s (both models) they are the worst bicycles I have ever owned. The aluminum tubing used is so soft and weak and flexible the bikes seem to be trying to pass them self and only occasionally go where you point them. Interesting design but as said the poorest folder I own. Roger
