Ok I will take another crack at it. But depends on how much you abuse and/or maintain the components:
Chain: 3000 miles
Cassette: 7500 miles
Chainrings: 25,000 miles small, 30,000 miles big
Bottom Bracket: 25,000 miles
Derailleurs: 30,000 miles
Shifters/Brakes/Crankarms: indefinitely

The shifters don't have mechanical parts that have wear issues. I don't hear much about derailers breaking either. Batteries die.

8 years on DA di2 stuff, two different bikes, 25,000 miles between them. Lots of chains and cassettes, the latter mostly for gearing reasons or not catching chain wear soon enough. One battery, which was new at the time because I wanted the DN110 to add synchro - the original SM-BTR2 still works. That's it.

This is a fun instagram account for broken Shimano crank arms and such - https://www.instagram.com/thanksshimano/
I've got a Di2 9070 group that's closing in on 10k, zero issues beyond chain and cassette replacement. Everything else is still original. It's on my commuter and sees rain rides 4 months out of the year, I'd approximate 3000+ of those miles are in the rain.

The wires, junction boxes, derailleurs, shifters, and crank will last long enough (if not indefinitely) that you will likely replace the bike, or upgrade the components, before ever considering replacement. As one poster said there may be a mileage life span for the derailleurs, but on 4 bikes with Di2, I've never come across it...I have broken two FDs, but that had nothing to do with "wear", just "tear," it could have happened to mechanical derailleurs...
Do expect that the battery will be the highest wearing "Di2-specific" component.
