Does anyone know of a steel fork, preferably with 3 pack mounts that has a rake of 50mm+ and a axle to crown measurement of 405-425mm. I'm wanting to run up to 29×2.25 but will be happy to run 50mm tires. I don't mind if it's tapered or not.

You might find something that will run 700 x 50, but you will probably need a longer axle to crown to fit 29 x 2.25. Ritchey makes one with a 435mm ATC that would fit all of your other criteria.

I made this one for a friend who wanted a steel fork for a frame that I built for him. It has a 405mm ATC, 50mm rake, triple mounts, 12mm thru axle and flat mount brake mounts. It easily fits a 650 x 50 tire and just barely fits a 700 x 40 under the crown. The legs are wide enough for a much wider tire, but the crown won't allow a taller tire and tires get taller as they get wider.

Do you know the distance from the crown race down to the bottom of the steerer? I have a design for a bike and I was going to use 405mm A-C. Seems like the A24 crown has a significantly shorter stack height than a unicrown. Or maybe I should increase the A-C anyway since I want to be able to run 700x40mm plus fenders.

I didn't measure it, but it's at least 40mm or more. The original length was 50mm and I cut some away with a hole saw after welding it. The A24 crown has a significantly shorter distance from the crown race to the bottom.
