Sometimes it doesn't matter what we do as cyclists,
sometimes the driver is just out for blood. I know this fellow's family. Basically, in the video a driver tries to run an autistic bicyclist off road, follows him to his mom's house, and threaten to beat him up in front of his family for riding his bike.

Do we really think that a guy who should already be in prison for DWI and domestic abuse, will now go to prison for this?

Just garden variety bullying. Pickup truck driver gets crapped on at work, so he finds someone weaker to pick on, so as not to feel like so much of a loser. Which is loser behavior in and of itself.
