Fit a star nut
Hi, I inserted my star nut in the teerer tube at 1cm deep. Is it bad?
A friend is eating my brain saying that it is too deep. As far as I know, it should be between 0.8cm to 1.2cm.
So?
Thanks

As long as it is in straight and your top cap bolt is long enough to engage all the threads, you're good.
