They're shipping an entire new mechanical unit to me, but it's been 5 business days or more and I haven't gotten a shipping notice. I suspect their inventory is thin like everyone else's. They do use FedEx, though, so once they ship I'll have it in a day or two.

I was thinking about it - the bottles were next to each other, after all - but I only needed a ~$50 purchase to reach the next reward tier for my LLS points program. That said, I'll probably go Japanese for the next bottle, but maybe the one after that will be a Yellow.

I have tasted Japanese whiskey only once that I remember and that was in Japan. I don't remember what kind of whiskey it was but I do recall very clearly that we were seated on the floor in a very special sort of restaurant, courtesy of some drug company, and being served by beautiful ladies who shuffled about on their knees! I wondered if they had knee pads on under their exquisite silks.
