That's a pretty nice price, but that frame's just too small for me. I had an '85 400, before I got my 620, but it was a bit small. My nephew loves it though. 🙂

I don't know if this will make you feel any better, but I've got a complete '84 460 up right now on CL locally at $180 (down from $240) and have even lowballed myself offering out as low as $140 to interested buyers that can actually type a coherent sentence. Can't get a bite, and I don't get it.
This isn't me trying to say your price is too high, so please don't take it that way. Just saying, I feel like something weird is up with Treks right now or the market is slumped for some reason. Friend of mine just got a gorgeous '80/'81 510 in barn-worthy but no-rust-no-dent awesome shape for $125 (complete!) a few weeks back.
No clue, it seems like everything is selling for about 30-40% less than what I was getting last year. I'm hoping the market picks up soon. GL with sale.

Price is more than fair, here's another bump for you.
I finally got mine out the door this week for $160 local sale after 7 weeks of slowly bumping it every couple of days on CL, starting at $240 and dropping $20/10 days. Paint wasn't in nearly as good of shape as this one, though - TT paint was rippled and ST around bottle braze-ons (spent a lot of life in a trainer, apparently). Strange, two blue Trek 400-series with the same issue in my shop til last week.
Seriously, market is dead in ATL, so happy to hear it's good up there. Search ATL CL for 'vintage Trek' and see what all we've got, it'll make your head spin. I don't have enough room in my shop.
