I think maybe it's the wheels that do it. Maybe the hoods too. Black hoods black wheels I think it would be less loud. Maybe black or white bar tape too...

New Pick of my first road bike, changed out tires and bar tape for the first time in my life. went with blue to keep the patriotic theme. Not bad.
