Broken part :( help
This part that secures the seat tube in the frame snapped today after being cracked for a while. I was a dumb **** and tightened it too far and make it crack in the first place. Does this mean I'm going to replace the frame or can I just have this part replaced? I apologize for the huge pic but tiny pic is sucking and wont let me re upload it to msg board size..

From what it looks like you can just buy a new seatpost clamp and be done with it. Just pull it off the seat tube and take it to your LBS and get a new one.

i jam my thumbs up and back into the tubes. this way i can point my fingers straight out in front to split the wind and attain an even more aero profile, and the usual fixed gear - zen - connectedness feeling through the drivetrain is multiplied ten fold because my thumbs become one with the tubing.

Don't be too hard on yourself. I wish BD would spend $1 more on their seatpost clamps. They're some heavy soft metal.
