I got yelled at....but it was politically correct

Was returning my Redbox flick and the store that I was trying to get to was across the street, heavy traffic and slowly merged into center of left lane, made hand signal and waited for traffic. Individual in Nissan cnvtbl came charging up to me and slammed on brakes and called me a "Stupid white guy on a bicycle"......I had to laugh and then I just looked at him and agreed, not sure what I was doing in that kind of traffic on a bike. So funny, I had to share it and so typical of the DC area where people try, at least some of the time, to be politically correct.

If you are white, it was definitely white discrimination.

The guy's remark was funny, but you seem to think he had a point.

Was it PC only because he didn't call you a honkey or cracker? Why bother pointing out that you're white, instead of just a stupid guy on a bike?

The last time someone yelled at me the phrase used was "Stupid Mother F**ker." Of course it was the morning after Snowmageddon Part II so they may have had a point.

Until the yeller states that the stupid whitey on the bike doesn't have the right to share the road it's not discrimination, it's description.

I think the proper term is "pigment limited".

As members of the ruling class, we rarely get offended when someone points out that we're members of the ruling class.

"You ain't nothing but a no good white male!"
"Well, there's no arguing that. Guess I'll just go back to ruling society with a soft, pudgy fist."

Obligatory Boondocks clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0B9QGrpdu5Y (warning, contains gratuitous/hilarious use of the N word).

Why did he call you stupid? If it was because you pulled into the lane in front of him when it was unsafe to do so, maybe it was better to call you a "Perceptually-Challenged White guy on a bicycle" or "White guy on a bicycle who just made an unsafe lane change".

Not enough people have seen early season episodes of "All in the Family" and "Sanford & Son" to appreciate how entertaining non-political correctness can be.

Or is that political un-correctness?

Correctly un-political?

If you really want to be PC, you can't offend anyone's tender feelings with the terms like "limited" or phrases like "melanin challenged".

Pale white folks are "sunburn overachievers"

Maybe, but it seems like everyone my age and younger has seen Chappelle's Show, which is very entertaining and not at all PC.

When someone calls me a "Stupid Mother F**ker" I usually tell them that they can blame my firstborn for that.
