Anyone know type of mounts for brake adapter on Bianchi Sok?

Anyone know type of mounts for brake adapter on Bianchi Sok?
So serious newbie question... I can talk all day about road / track but nothing on mountain...
Upgrading my brakes on my Sok to 2012 Deore XT M785. Just realized these don't come with adapters. Does anyone have an idea which style bracket I should be using? I am fairly positive it's the 51mm IS mount, but are so many options on Universal Cycles I can't really figure it out and don't want to order the incorrect adapter.
I believe the front fork mount (Reba 29er SL) is also IS?
