We've had an NES for awhile now; a top loading one that has a literal deathgrip on carts.
Metroid was the second most expensive game I bought today, cost me $50+ w/ tax alone. My most expensive one was chrono trigger. Could've been earthbound which I'm still looking for atm.

I wanted the DK snes trio but they only had DK1. :/

You sir have good taste. I always had snes growing up because my parents couldn't buy the PlayStation like everyone else was getting. I loved that thing though. We eventually sold it at a garage sale or something. Then a couple years ago I was craving some donkey Kong and Kirby so I went to the local swap meet. I was surprised how much they were selling for. Looks like just enough time passed to where they are classic or collector items now. Looks like I should buy one now before they really skyrocket.

BTW, which part of SD you from Leuky? And were you both here?

I'm in La Jolla by the country club. I didn't get them from kobey's this time around, the vendors there always charge above fair price and aren't really willing to cut out a deal like you would think in a swap meet. Not to mention, they can just pull up their stuff and never come back again in the case something is not right. Also, their stuff gets handled too much by people and often times out in the sun which is hell on the labels.
As a credit to kobey's, I've had numerous AWESOME completely unexpected and coincidental come-ups there (my most recent is, I needed a $30+ part and the most desired revision just so happens to be in a rummage seller's pile for 50 cents).

I went to luna in OB.
Coincidentally they also have a store a bit further down on the same street as RG.

Yeah I can't remember the last time I bought something from kobey's. The last few times I just went to look around. Like you said, a lot of stuff isn't greatly priced. I remember like 15 years ago my family would park our old van there and sell our old crap. Back then I felt like stuff was better priced and it was more people selling their stuff rather than vendors. But I don't know, I was young then and super excited when I made $5.

LA Jolla, nice! Kinda hilly around there. I'm wondering where you ride your bike. I'm located right by SDSU but September 1st i'm moving. Probably a little more west bit not much. Maybe north park, or mission valley, or Mira mesa. North park is an awesome place for bike culture but the houses are rather small.

2014 hasn't been the best year for me, and i think i need some good riding therapy.

Got the alpina ordered, wheel is at the shop to get trued and was told that the frame looks fine. Now I get to ride my cruiser bike while I wait for the fork. It's a hood thing cause its hard to lift my head from the whiplash.

Today I rode a freewheel for the first time since going fixed. It felt so...wrong. I also learned that I need shorter crank arms.

Rode my bike to work with a hangover. For whatever reason it's getting worse as the day goes on. Not looking forward to my commute home.

This is the third time I'm being linked to that CL ad. That TT would have my nuts captive, but so does my Fuji.
