First Bike Build

I have always wanted to build a bike from frame up so decided to do it. I already have most if not all the tools to do it. I have built computers and Ar 15's so feel I can handle this. Also been riding for years and have to become somewhat handy.

Building up a Gunner Hyper-XF for road and gravel and planning on using Ultegra Groupset.
I will steal some parts of my Specialize Sequoia but want to run as many new parts as I can.
Here are the specs to the frame and wondering if there are any hickups or possible mistakes that I need to watch for when getting parts that you see off hand.

44mm head tube for tapered fork steerers.Race-ready cyclocross or gravel competition fit.Limited top tube slope for nice balance while shouldering your bike.Through-axle.1 1/8 in Threadless SteererAxle to Crown Race: 95 mmSeatpost Diameter: 27.2mm SeatpostTire Clearance: 700C x 38 (plus fenders)Bottom Bracket Specification: 68mm English x 1.370 x 24 TPI
Chain stay flat disc mounts.Flat-mounts are a dedicated through-axle design offering a lighter weight and stiffer wheel.

I would call the "specs" more like marketing blab then dimensional. But at least they tried. Andy

Black wheels

Silver wheels
I finished my first bike build 2 weeks ago, early 90s Ochsner steel. Actually I am still mounting and dismounting items to get the look I really want. I am very pleased with the outcome. It was both frustrating and very rewarding.
