Perhaps a bit late in my reply, but "Thank you @ColonelJLloyd" for a great deal on a Super Course frame and your careful packing. You've provided me with my winter cycling project. Thanks again.

Very happy to have received the beautiful Schwinnderella from Doc (rrcardr) a few days ago. He did an amazing job of packing the bike and spent a lot of time covering the entire frame in foam pipe insulation, zip-tying things to the frame, packing things, etc. Just want to say thanks to him. I feel lucky to have gotten one of his bikes (customized by Gugie.) Very easy to communicate with and just a great guy/transaction over all.

Thanks, I probably go a little overboard on the packing as a few others can probably attest. ATL is a major travel/shipping hub, we get a lot of ephemeral staff working the distro centers who really could give a crap what's in your box. If you don't pack bomb-proof, your stuff gets damaged as it's getting tossed around. I really miss DHL, only carrier you could really trust to handle your packages with care!

Was a pleasure doing business, you're extremely easy to work with!

I recently received a set of Suntour Barcons from AeroGut , and it was a completely hassle-free transaction, great communication. Also, it benefits a co-op, so +++... Thanks!

@alexihnen

Bought A Masi 3V Volumetrica from @alexihnen. transaction was fast and smooth. 7 days from paypal to bike arrival. I was starting to worry, because i get excited, and trust too much with the people on the forums i hang out at! he got too busy, and forgot to send me the shipping info! Bike was packaged professionally, and well, and arrived in pristine condition!

thanks Alex

Drillium Dude sold me a nice pair of Avocet touring shoes. His listing was very clear and he gave me extra information and measurements so I could be more sure about the shoe size. It made me more confident in fitting shoes sight-unseen.

Also I learned a new word.

I paid him with PayPal "gift" because I already trusted him based on his other forum posts. I was not disappointed. Shipping was faster than Amazon, he was great to deal with, AND they fit!

Great transaction with francophile!

I just picked up a Razesa frameset from francophile yesterday. What a smooth transaction! I had to be down near Atlanta for some paperwork, and he actually delivered the bike to me. Everything was just as he described; I cannot recommend buying from him more highly! This was easily one of the easiest bike-related deals I've ever had, and he's a good guy too boot. Thanks francophile!

My second deal with malcala622 went just as well as the first. Our deal was done using Venmo, but I’d feel comfortable using any transaction site with him. Fantastic seller on here.

Great "pay it forward" transaction with Mad Honk ; a nice FIR rim. Expertly packed; "big brown" managed to punch a small hole in the box, but ZERO impact on the rim, it's perfect. Already laced up (t&t tomorrow). Thank you sir, MUCH appreciated.

Got some great help from mountaindave https://www.bikeforums.net/members/m...ve-131041.html this week - he helped me out with some shifters I needed for a build. Not only that, we found out we were from the same neck of the woods in Montana! Thanks!

Forgot to mention - got my latest purchase from sloar on Saturday, pair of Cane Creek aero brake levers and a Sunlite cartridge BB. All went perfect! Levers are already mounted on a tandem we just bought.
