Shimano 600 EX BL 6208 Hoods- which option?

Since I'm not paying top eBay prices for originals, which of these options would fit the closest?

Shimano BL6403:
Amazon.com : Shimano Ultegra BL6403 Aerolever hoods black : Bike Brake Levers : Sports & Outdoors

Shimano BL1055:
Amazon.com : Shimano BL-1055 Aero Hood Covers (Road) : Bike Brake Levers : Sports & Outdoors

Cane Creek, Black:
Amazon.com : Cane Creek 144.7 Hoods Non-Aero Gum : Bike Brake Levers : Sports & Outdoors

None will work well. Just buy new levers with hoods for $30 or whatever. Hoods for my Dura Ace 740X aero levers are $75-125. F that. I picked up some 600 Ultegra aero levers with mint hoods for $35 instead.

Try the Dia-Compe 204 hoods that VO sells.

This sounds like a good idea. And please post the result(!), since we can use all of the data points that we can give and get.

This is great that these new sources of hoods have sprung up, and I've gone the route suggested by miamijim as well, out of pure convenience when such hooded levers sort of fell into my lap.

Chuckk's Mondia doesn't look bad with the D-C hoods either, and I'm sure they are very comfortable.

Some hood fitments require a bit of trimming to the front edge of the bottom "floor" of the hood, to allow unimpeded movement of the lever.
These ones even required a big circular hole to allow the big screw head to rotate freely when the lever moves(!), but all-in-all, really improved the fit, grip/feel and looks of these old Shimano levers:

You're in Seattle, right? Which lbs would that be? I can only find the cane creek ones locally

Thanks for the posts. I'll check out the Velo Orange hoods.
I went ahead and grabbed some new levers that have hoods on them since mine are kind of scratched.
We'll see what shape the rubber is in tomorrow (I hope).
