I noticed this, apparently, all chrome plated Fuji today. Does anyone know what model it might be. The bike features forged drops and the frame is stripped to bare metal. Looks like chrome stays, blades and lugs.

Is this a decent model and sorry that I have no additional information to offer. The bike is 450 mile away but with-in easy reach if I want it.

I wish I could help you with a model identification.I am pretty sure the Newest and Finest were all chrome with paint over it (except the stays and lugs). I know where there are scratches through the paint on my 1972 Finest, there is chrome. looks like someone stripped the paint off.

I'd be tempted to pick it up just for grins. Depends on the price though.

I'm saying it's most likely a Finest .. the lug work doesn't look like the Newest. What are the indications it's a Fuji, the head badge?

?

Looks to be nowhere near as nice as many of the bikes you get from the "gold mine".
