I know it's a crap build with mismatched wheels ... but it looks ready to ride, and it's in Portland. Don't know why it hasn't sold. Been listed a while.
Frame+bb/hs/brakeset is easily worth $150. Maybe the other crap isn't worth $90. Still, people have no f'n idea how nice these frames are.
