Tight schedule training
Any tips for making the most out of 30-45 min training slots during weekdays? I have a bunch of kids so things get super busy when school starts. Any and all advice is welcome. Thanks!

I face this same dilemma. I've started hitting the trainer and doing a very hard 25-45 min session. I keep spare bibs, full water bottle, etc by the trainer so I'm ready to go on short notice.

Good info, I went to my first practice last night in NJ, I got my ass kicked. Wow. Didn't realize I was that far out of shape. I have a lot of work to do. When you guys talk about the trainer, do you mean a stationary bike? Thanks.

I started doing this 30-second interval session on a trainer in the garage once or twice a week, and while it's super hard, it's only 20 mins total...it really works...I noticed immediate gains in strength, fitnes, climbing, top speed, endurance....everything...after only a week or two of doing these. It let me keep up with riders who were riding double and triple the amount I was doing.
